- **Dr Matt Ellis** — Founder & Lead Consultant. 30+ years in scientific informatics. PhD in Bio-Physics (Karolinska Institute), BSc Biochemistry with Molecular Biology (University of Leeds). Former leadership roles at Accenture, BIOVIA, LabVantage and Applied Biosystems.
- **Nathan Stanley** — Business Analyst. 6+ years as an IT Business Analyst. BSc Computer Studies (Liverpool John Moores University). Experience in software development lifecycle and digital process transformation.
- **Julia Alexander** — Business Analyst. MSc Computational Methods in Ecology and Evolution (Imperial College London), MSci Biological Sciences (UCL). Experience in machine learning, computational biology and scientific research.
